But it is possible to indulge in pizza now and again without completely undoing your healthy diet. However, there’s no easy way to avoid the high sodium in pizza, so try to limit your sodium intake in the meals leading up to and following your pizza outing.

Asian fast food may sound healthier than your typical burger or fast food sandwich. After all, you can usually get a decent amount of veggies.
