Melinda has served as HelpGuide’s Executive Director since January 2021. Prior to that, she led the organization’s digital and content operations as Editor in Chief, a role she assumed in 2017 and continues to fill. Melinda has been a key driver in HelpGuide’s growth into an internationally-acclaimed digital resource that reaches millions of people every month. She holds a B.A. in English and an M.A. in psychology.
